1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations
We operate and ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories outside the domestic postal network.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within one (1) business day (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the following business day.
3. Shipping Method & Delivery Timeframes
To ensure your stamps arrive safely and affordably, we proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders via USPS First-Class Mail. Delivery transit times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your geographic location relative to our distribution hub in Alaska.
4. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Due to our prompt one-business-day processing commitment, the window for changes is limited. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must submit a formal request to our support team within thirty (30) minutes of completing your purchase. Once this timeframe has passed, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be canceled; however, you may initiate a standard return upon receiving the item.
5. Taxes & Pricing Transparency
We believe in straightforward pricing with no hidden surprises. The price you see listed on our store is the final amount you pay. All applicable sales taxes are already embedded into our product prices, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While the United States Postal Service is highly reliable, unexpected logistical delays can occasionally occur. If your package has not arrived within fifteen (15) business days from the date of shipment, your package will be officially designated as lost. In such circumstances, you are fully entitled to request either a complimentary replacement shipment or a full refund of your purchase price.
7. Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Reliable Stamps cannot be held liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses furnished by the buyer.
If tracking indicates that a package was successfully delivered to your address but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office prior to contacting us.
