2. Accuracy of Stamp Descriptions, Pricing, and Sales Tax

We endeavor to display the descriptions, conditions, and images of our stamps as accurately as possible. However, due to the unique vintage or manufactured nature of philatelic inventory, we do not warrant that product descriptions or digital images are entirely error-free, complete, or perfectly color-accurate.

All listed prices are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable U.S. sales taxes. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or collection without prior notice.

3. Order Fulfillment, Cancellations, and Domestic Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. This includes orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior wholesale agreements. As outlined in our Shipping Policy, order processing takes up to one (1) business day, and requests for cancellations must be made within thirty (30) minutes of transaction completion.

Our fulfillment operations are restricted strictly to the domestic United States network. We reserve the right to cancel any orders providing a delivery address located outside the United States or within non-supported overseas territories.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed to resolve shipping delivery issues.

In no event shall Reliable Stamps, our directors, employees, or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages, arising from your use of any of our products or services.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Reliable Stamps exceed the total purchase price paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to such claim. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reliable Stamps and our affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any federal law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Alaska**, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Fairbanks, Alaska.
